Make sure you have created a USA Wrestling Account first and claimed or created your profile.
To complete a background check, follow these steps:
1.Go to www.usawmembership.com and login.
2. Click on Go to Profiles
3. Expand the profile shown below by clicking on your name.
4. From the expanded profile, click on Complete Background Check.
5. Fill required information on the page below and subsequent pages and confirm that it is correct.
6. Once submitted, you should see the screen below. You should receive notification of the results of your background check within 10 business days.
