– No mat audits for this event.
– Coaches Meeting 8:00 South End of the main Arena Floor.
– Parade of teams promptly at 8:30am. Staff to help line up teams starting at 8 am.
– First bouts begin immediately following the parade.
– All awards presented at the conclusion of all matches
– Parade of champions to end the event.

2:00pm-4:00pm. No Satellite weigh-ins.
A test scale will be available to check weights prior to stepping on the actual scale. There is a 1# allowance and there is only one step on allowed at the actual scale. Wrestlers must weigh-in in shorts and t-shirt or a singlet (no exceptions). Skin and nail checks will also be performed prior to weigh-in

ENTRY COST: Adults: $5.00, Student: $2.00, Families (max 6) $10.00
Wristbands can be pre-purchased at weigh-ins or at the door the morning of the tournament.

POLICIES: All clubs will have a designated table in the Hach Student Center. No coolers or excessively large bags will be allowed in the Arena, please use your team table as a storage location for that. Food is permitted in the Arena, but we are asking everyone to have respect for the space being provided. In short, bags don’t watch wrestlers, family and friends do. Let’s leave space for them and use designated team space for extra food and baggage. Third party security will be on site. Locker rooms and warm up mats are provided in the Hach Student Center. No camping chairs are allowed, bleachers and chairs are provided in all locations. NEMWA does not have access to all portions of the Northwood Facility. All attendees are asked to be respectful of any barriers or signs barring access. Northwood Security will be patrolling and may remove ANYONE found in unauthorized areas. Per NEWMA regulations, no guns or weapons are permitted at the event.
FOOD: The Wolf Den Cafe will be open and concessions available. Multiple food and beverage vendors will be on site. Food Trucks outside the main entrance.
Wi-Fi: FreePublic Wi-Fi is available. Network SSID (Name): northwood. There is a portal and you will need to accept the conditions.
APPAREL: NEMWA State Pre-Sale The store is open now, and will close on February 15th at 11:59pm. Orders placed before the deadline will be available for pickup at the event on February 22nd at the Sandlot Vendor Table in the Hach Center.T here is also an option on the site for shipping.
PARKING: Please see the below map. Parking is free and available in the lots P1, P2a, P2b. Overflow if needed in lot P11.
